  • Technical & Financial Bidding: Conducted competitive bidding for local and international material sourcing.
  • Community Engagement: Sensitized and mobilized farming communities to adopt advanced irrigation techniques.
  • Land & Water Assessment: Conducted soil and water suitability profiling, testing, and surveys.
  • Drip Irrigation System Installation: Designed and installed main/submain lines, head units, pump sets, filters, air release valves, backpressure valves, and lateral systems with drippers.
  • Training & Capacity Building: Provided hands-on training to farmers on system operation, maintenance, and fertigation scheduling.
  • Project Coordination: Worked with provincial and national PMU teams for implementation, audits, and progress reporting.
